The Role As a Multi-Skilled Operative in the Planned team. you will carry out removal and high quality installation of kitchens throughout the groups occupied and void properties. You will carry out all the traditional duties of a multi-skilled fitter but have hands on experience of boxing, studding, skirtings and doors plus related finishes. This role will also include wall and floor tiling and installing kitchen worktops. Skills and experience required:
Completion of nationally recognised trade qualification or an approved certificated qualification (or time experience)
Working knowledge of current building regulations, construction industry safety regulations, relevant British standards and codes of practice
Experience of a social housing repairs and maintenance environment.
Experience of working in a similar position with a sound knowledge base of kitchen fitting (essential)
Have multi-skilled experience i.e. completing different trade work
Outstanding customer care skills
Full UK Driving Licence
