Marketing Executive
Job title: Marketing Executive
Location: Office-based, Cardiff
Employment type: Full-time (40 hours per week)

Key responsibilities & desired competencies:
· Website management: Oversee website functionality and performance, ensuring seamless user experience and brand alignment.
· Graphic design skills: Design eye-catching visuals across platforms using Canva and Adobe, aligning with brand standards and resonating with our target audience. Create visually engaging assets for social media, web, and digital campaigns that drive brand recognition and engagement
· Advertising: Strategically manage pay-per-click (PPC) campaigns, including META and other advertising platforms, to boost brand visibility, drive qualified traffic, and maximize return on ad spend
· Brand development: Help with shaping and enhancing the brand’s identity to strengthen customer loyalty and market presence. Implement brand guidelines across all channels, ensuring cohesive and consistent communication that reflects the brand’s values and vision.
· Content creation: Develop, curate, and manage high-quality content for social media channels to maintain an active, engaging presence. Plan and schedule posts, manage interactions, and adapt content strategy based on audience insights and engagement trends.
· Performance reporting & analytics: Regularly generate and analyse reports to evaluate the effectiveness of digital marketing initiatives. Track key performance indicators (KPIs) across campaigns and channels, providing insights that inform strategic adjustments and optimize future campaigns.
