It is ideal for someone who is highly detail-oriented, possesses a solid understanding of Salesforce, and is eager to gain practical experience in a professional environment Key Responsibilities This role requires an intermediate to advanced knowledge of Salesforce, including the following areas:
Data Management : Ensure the integrity of Salesforce data by performing data cleansing and deduplication tasks.
Customisation and Configuration : Assist with the configuration of Salesforce objects, fields, and record types. Maintain workflows, validation rules, and automation processes.
Reporting and Dashboards: Develop and update reports and dashboards to meet business requirements, while monitoring data quality.
Flow Development and Review: Build and review Salesforce flows to enhance process automation.
Troubleshooting: Respond to support requests and investigate bugs in the system.
Autonomy and Decision-Making The role offers a degree of independence, with the opportunity to take the initiative while receiving support from senior staff:
User Support: Provide basic troubleshooting for Salesforce-related issues with minimal supervision.
Page Layouts and User Interface: Improve user experience by optimising page layouts and utilising Lightning Web Components to design department-specific homepages.
Management Consultation: Work independently on day-to-day tasks, but consult with senior leadership on more complex issues.
Problem-Solving and Innovation The role demands strong analytical and problem-solving skills, along with the ability to make informed decisions:
Issue Resolution: Diagnose and resolve Salesforce issues, with the ability to suggest and implement improvements.
Process Optimisation: Identify inefficiencies within Salesforce processes and contribute to optimising workflows.

Collaboration and Communication Strong communication skills are essential, as this role involves working with various internal and external stakeholders:

Training and Documentation: Document system configurations and changes, and help create training materials for users.

Essential Skills
Foundational knowledge of Salesforce (Salesforce Administrator certification is advantageous or earned badges on Trailhead).
Experience in data management and ensuring data quality.

Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Familiarity with data loaders or similar tools is a plus.
Preferred Skills
