Job Overview
We are seeking a creative and detail-oriented Interior Designer to join our dynamic team. Duties
Develop and present design concepts that meet client requirements and preferences.
Create detailed drawings and specifications using software such as Auto CAD and Sketchup.
Collaborate with clients to understand their vision, budget, and timeline for projects.
Conduct site visits to assess spaces, measure dimensions, and evaluate existing conditions.
Select materials, furnishings, fixtures, and colour schemes that align with the overall design vision.
Manage multiple projects simultaneously while ensuring deadlines are met.
Coordinate with contractors and vendors to ensure design integrity throughout the construction process.
Stay updated on industry trends, materials, and technologies to provide innovative solutions.
Requirements
Proven experience as an Interior Designer or similar role.
Proficiency in design software such as Adobe Creative Suite, Rhinoceros 3D, 3ds Max, CAD, and Revit.
Strong project management skills with the ability to manage time effectively.
Excellent communication skills to articulate design ideas clearly to clients and team members.
A keen eye for aesthetics and details in design execution.
Ability to build strong relationships with clients and stakeholders.
A degree in Interior Design or a related field is preferred but not mandatory for exceptional candidates with relevant experience.
