The base salary on offer for a qualified Protection Adviser is £25,000
Expected year 1 OTE earnings are £40,000 - £59,000
High performers are achieving £80,000 plus

Key Responsibilities:
Pay: £25,000.00-£59,000.00 per year

- Meet and exceed individual and team sales targets, contributing to the overall success of the sales department.
- Handle client objections and close sales effectively, ensuring a high conversion rate.
- Provide excellent post-sale customer service, ensuring client satisfaction and fostering long-term relationships.
- Accurately record and manage client information in the CRM system, adhering to data protection regulations.
- Collaborate with team members and management to refine sales strategies and improve overall performance.
