We are recruiting for a Groundsperson to help keep our extensive grounds and estate areas immaculate and well maintained.

Salary: £27,713

Our grounds team work Monday to Friday, 7.30am to 4.40pm, plus weekends and bank holidays on a rota basis for which time off in lieu is given. The types of jobs you can expect vary according to the time of year and/ or the prevailing weather conditions and can include grass cutting, hedge trimming and general landscaping.
This is a practical ‘hands on’ role where you’ll ideally have previous horticultural experience and qualifications for chainsaws and PA1/PA6 spraying or be willing to attend training courses to achieve and renew as required. A full current and valid driving licence is essential.
In return, as well as a competitive salary, we offer 28 days paid holiday (including bank holidays) with an additional day of entitlement for each completed year of service – maximum 33 days after 5 years continuous permanent employment, Company healthcare, personal pension, life assurance cover, employee premium pass, discounted premium passes, complimentary staff tickets, free parking, subsidised food, free drinks and of course a fantastic location on the edge of the New Forest.
