Job Summary
We are seeking a professional and friendly Receptionist to join our team. The ideal candidate will be the first point of contact for our clients and visitors, providing exceptional customer service while managing various administrative tasks. This role requires strong organisational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
Responsibilities
Greet and welcome visitors in a warm and professional manner.
Answer and direct phone calls with excellent phone etiquette.
Manage the reception area to ensure it is tidy and presentable.
Perform clerical duties such as filing, data entry, and maintaining office supplies.
Assist with scheduling appointments and managing calendars.
Proficient with Microsoft Office 365 for document creation, spreadsheets, and presentations.
Handle basic bookkeeping tasks using Xero as needed.
Support team members with various administrative tasks to ensure smooth office operations.
Requirements
Proven experience as a Receptionist or in a similar administrative role.
Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently.
Proficient in using Microsoft Office 365.
Knowledge of Xero is advantageous but not essential.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Strong attention to detail and accuracy in data entry tasks.
Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
A friendly disposition with a professional attitude towards clients and colleagues.
Full UK driving license.
