We are seeking compassionate and dedicated Care Assistants to join our team. Duties

• Assist clients with personal care tasks, including bathing, dressing, and grooming.
• Support individuals with mobility and movement, ensuring their safety at all times.
• Help with meal preparation and feeding as required, promoting nutritional health.
• Maintain accurate records of care provided and report any changes in clients' conditions to senior staff.
• Implement care plans effectively while adapting to the changing needs of clients.
• Engage clients in social activities to enhance their quality of life and emotional well-being.
• Communicate effectively with clients, families, and team members to foster a supportive environment.

Requirements

• Previous experience in home care or a care home setting is preferred but not essential.
• Strong communication skills in English are necessary for effective interaction with clients and team members.
• Ability to understand and implement care plans accurately.
• Basic IT skills for maintaining records and documentation are advantageous.
• A compassionate nature with a commitment to providing high-quality care is essential.
• Flexibility to work various shifts as needed to meet client requirements.
