Facilities Team Member – Create Spaces that Inspire!

As a Facilities Team Member, you will play a vital role in creating a welcoming, comfortable, and safe environment for all our guests. Your attention to detail, proactive problem-solving, and customer-focused attitude will be essential in ensuring our facilities remain gleaming and ready to inspire.
Key Responsibilities:

Perform general cleaning, sanitising, and maintenance tasks across our facilities to keep everything in pristine condition.
Assist with setting up and breaking down rooms for our events and meetings, transforming our spaces as needed.
Conduct routine safety inspections and liaise with the maintenance crew to ensure the correct upkeep and security of our facilities.
Respond promptly to requests from our vibrant retail and catering teams, keeping our customers smiling.
Communicate with management about supplies, repairs, and facility needs, this will demonstrate your expertise and ability to effectively oversee the maintenance and operations of our facilities.
Support waste management, recycling, and organizing our common areas to help us stay green and pristine.

Qualifications:

Experience with tasks such as room setup, basic repairs, and coordinating facility needs would be a good fit for this position.
Great attention to detail with a proactive, problem-solving mindset.
A positive, customer-focused attitude.
Ability to work both independently and as part of a team.

About the Role:

Part-time, with flexible hours to suit the ideal candidate and the needs of the business.
Job share possible for the right candidates.
24 hours per week, working 5 days out of 7, including weekends and bank holidays.
