Job Description:
As a Door-to-Door Canvasser, you will actively engage with homeowners to raise awareness about free energy grants for heating and insulation. You will explain how the grants work, discuss the benefits of improving energy efficiency, and help eligible residents get started with the application process. Key Responsibilities:

• Canvass residential areas door-to-door to inform homeowners about free heating and insulation grants.
• Clearly communicate the benefits of energy efficiency upgrades, such as reduced energy bills, increased home comfort and increase home value.
• Assess basic eligibility requirements and gather contact information from interested homeowners.
• Schedule follow-up consultations for further assessment or grant application.
• Meet daily and weekly targets for outreach and lead generation.
• Provide feedback on customer responses and market conditions to the team.

Qualifications:

• Self-motivated and results-driven; enjoys working independently.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
• Friendly, approachable, and confident in face-to-face interactions.
• Ability to work outdoors in various weather conditions.
• Must be comfortable with door-to-door sales and handling rejection.
• Prior experience in canvassing or sales is a plus, but not required.
• Must be at least 18 years old and legally eligible to work in United Kingdom.
