ESG Drysdales are currently recruiting for Dispatch Operatives to join our team due to the growth of the business.
The Job

• 4 on 4 off working schedule, full flexibility therefore required Mon-Sun
• Early starts/late finishes will be required during the peak period due to lorry arrivals/departures.
• Salary - £27,649.00 per annum
• Holidays - 21.5 days per year from October to September.

The Applicant

• Experience with counterbalance forklift necessary, refreshers will be provided for out of date licenses
• No previous dispatch experience required as full training provided on site.
• Own transport and driving license required
• Ability to do Manual Handling as operatives are expected to pick orders on pallets. Heavy lifting therefore may be required.
• Attention to detail
• Flexible with working times
• Good Communication

Job duties include:
· Loading goods onto collection vehicles using counterbalance forklift and pallet trucks
· Checking products correspond with the delivery notes
· You will be picking and packing orders in the loading bay ready to dispatch
· Assisting Dispatch Supervisors when necessary
· Heavy lifting may be required
