Department Senior (Front of House)
The successful candidates will join Roys and be part of a thriving, 126-year-old, family business that cares deeply about its employees, the local community and the environment.
Ideally the successful candidate will have worked in a fast-paced restaurant/coffee shop environment in a supervisory position. The duties will include overseeing the daily running of the restaurant, encouraging your team to provide an excellent dining experience for our customers.
The successful candidate should be up to date with all current legislation in terms of the storage, preparation, and presentation of food, i.e. date checking, cleaning rotas, temperature checks etc. Good communication skills are essential as well as the ability to be an enthusiastic team player.
The objective of the role is to lead your team to deliver exceptional customer service and departmental standards to maximise sales and profitability.
As a Department Senior you will be responsible for:
Pay: Up to £23,595.00 per year
