Weekly Hours Minimum Hours - 6am - 3pm Saturday Overtime Available Responsibilities
Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat in a professional manner.
Provide accurate information regarding products and services.
Assist customers with order placements, modifications, and cancellations.
Handle complaints and resolve issues promptly while maintaining a positive attitude.
Perform data entry tasks to update customer records and track interactions.
Upsell additional products or services where appropriate to enhance customer experience.
Collaborate with team members to improve service delivery and customer satisfaction.
Maintain knowledge of company policies, procedures, and product offerings.
Skills
Bilingual or multilingual abilities are highly desirable, particularly in English and Spanish.
Strong phone etiquette with excellent verbal communication skills.
Ability to analyse customer needs and provide tailored solutions.
Proficient in data entry with attention to detail.
Demonstrated ability to upsell products effectively while maintaining customer trust.
