Location: East Antrim Agency across our Larne and Ballyclare offices
Monday to Friday, 9am – 5pm

Two exciting opportunities have now arisen within the East Antrim Agency.
About the role:
Your role will include handling existing motor, personal and commercial insurance policies for our current customers as well as initiating policies for clients new to NFU Mutual. You’ll apply your excellent, professional telephone manner to deal with any queries and to build long term relationships with our loyal customers. With your flexible approach you’ll provide
administrative support and perform other office duties as required with ‘can-do’, pro-active enthusiasm.
About you:
Previous experience is desirable but not essential although you will be expected to bring a positive, people orientated approach to everything you do. Above all though, you’ll relish the challenge of being part of a truly customer-focused team. In return, you can expect full training in order to become licensed to sell NFU Mutual products in a friendly and
supportive environment. Due to the expansion of our business, there may be progression opportunities in the future for the right person.
Ideally, we are looking for a candidate who has (but not essential) –
1. Experience working with customers over the telephone and face to face, preferably in an
insurance or financial background
2. Used Microsoft and sales support systems
3. Good organisational skills and a problem-solving mentality
4. The ability to communicate confidently and effectively
5. A minimum of 5 GCSEs (or equivalent) including Maths and English at Grade C or above.
Our commitment to you:
Successful candidates will be required to attend training courses arranged and run by NFU Mutual and pass the relevant licensing qualifications within an agreed timeframe.
