The Merchant Hotel is a sumptuous 5* hotel situated in Belfast City Centre. We currently have a fantastic opportunity for a Back of House Support (night shift) to join our team in The Great Room Restaurant.

The Great Room Restaurant is the jewel in the crown of the hotel. A sumptuous space evoking effortless and timeless grandeur, situated in the former main Banking Hall of the building. A more fitting setting for the gastronomic delights prepared daily for discerning guests could not be imagined. The hotel Restaurant is open daily for Breakfast, Lunch, Traditional Afternoon Tea and sumptuous à la Carte Dining.

Rate of pay is £11.44 per hour plus excellent service charge for all staff

We are recruiting for a part time position.

The role details are:

Able to work alone during the night
16 hours per week, 2 shifts per week
8 Hours shift between 11pm and 7am including 30 minutes break.
Cleaning and polish all the Breakfast and Afternoon Tea Silverware
Report to the Manger any faulty equipment
Minimum wage plus service charge
