Job Summary
We are seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Gymnastics Coach to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for educating and training gymnasts of beginner skill levels, fostering a positive and encouraging environment that promotes both skill development and personal growth. This role requires a passion for the sport, strong coaching abilities, and the capacity to inspire young athletes.
Duties

• Lead warm ups.
• Assist lead coach in side stations.
• Provide positive feedback and constructive areas of improvement to gymnasts.
• Safe set up and take down of equipment.
• Evaluate sessions.

Skills

• Strong background sports coaching experience.
• Ability to build strong rapport and communication skills with children to educate effectively.
• Organisational skills to manage training schedules and athlete progress.
• Patience and adaptability in working with diverse skill levels.

Job Type: Part-time
Pay: £12.00-£16.00 per hour
Expected hours: 2 – 10 per week
