Description
The role of a Senior is to prepare accounts, tax returns, management accounts, vat returns, payroll, and review work for portfolio managers. They will represent Xeinadin to the client ensuring that the day to day is delivered ensuring a focus on innovation and the future. In this role, you will work within a well-established team, providing high-quality accounting and financial services to our diverse range of clients.
Key Responsibilities
Managing a dynamic portfolio of clients, ensuring accuracy and compliance in all financial reporting and submissions.
Preparation and submission of year-end accounts, Corporation Tax Computations, VAT Returns, and Confirmation Statements with precision and efficiency.
Build strong relationships with new and established clients. Overseeing client payroll on a weekly, monthly, and yearly basis.
Managing client expectations, arranging closing meetings to finalise accounts.
Mentoring and guiding junior team members, fostering a culture of growth, collaboration, and excellence.
Utilising your expertise in accounting software such as Xero, Sage, and Quick Books to streamline processes and enhance client experiences.
Key Requirements
The successfully appointed individual will be a qualified practice accountant (ACCA/ACA/AAT) or qualified by experience.
To be considered for the role you must have previous demonstrable and practical experience in a similar Senior role in an Accountancy Practice.
Additional Requirements
Experience in managing and/or mentoring junior members of a practice team, with a focus on driving results and exceeding expectations.
Proficiency in navigating professional regulations and best practices, with a commitment to delivering exceptional customer service and making a positive impact.
Self-motivation, attention to detail, and adaptability to evolving business requirements.
