Accounts Payable Clerk
We are seeking an experienced Accounts Payable Clerk to join our team. You will be responsible for processing invoices, managing expense reports, maintaining supplier files accurately and efficiently as well as ensuring our suppliers are paid accurately and efficiently
Yur duties will include:-
- Processing a high volume of invoices accurately and in a timely manner
- Reconcile vendor statements and resolve any discrepancies
- Prepare and process electronic transfers and payments
- Assist with month-end closing procedures
- Maintain accurate records of accounts payable transactions
- Communicate with vendors regarding payment inquiries
Requirements:-
- Knowledge of bookkeeping principles
- Experience with account reconciliation and financial software
- Strong understanding of debits, credits, and general ledger accounts
- Ability to work collaboratively with the finance team and human resources department
