You are:

A student 2-5 years of computer science;
-
Able to read and understand Business Process description, analyze requirements, and find solutions;
-
Familiar with process automation and robotic process automation concepts;
-
Familiarity with Blue Prism;
-
Skilled in MS Office, particularly in MS Excel;
-
Confident in English on at least Intermediate level (both written and verbal).
With you we will:
-
Review any support tickets or requests that come in from the RPA development team or end-users;
-
Analyze and troubleshoot reported issues, which may involve investigating code, reviewing logs, or replicating scenarios;
-
Test the implemented solutions to ensure they address the reported problems and do not introduce current issues;
-
Update the technical support documentation with newly discovered issues, their corresponding solutions, and any additional information that could aid in future troubleshooting.
