Are you passionate about Low Code platform and Process Automation? Nestlé Business Services Lviv team is looking for those who are ready to take on the challenge and become a part of Business Process Automation Team.
You are:
Experienced and knowledgeable professional who possesses strong leadership skills, exceptional technical expertise in Service Now and Java Script, excellent communication abilities, and a proven track record of successfully leading and mentoring teams to deliver high-quality solutions.
With you we will:
- Minimum of 5 years of hands-on experience working with Service Now platform, including implementation, customization, and administration delegated development experience.
- In-depth knowledge of Service Now modules such as Incident Management, Problem Management, Change Management, Service Catalog, and CMDB.
- Minimum of 5 years of hands-on experience working with Java Script programming, knowledge of HTML and CSS, experience with frameworks and libraries like React or Angular, understanding of asynchronous programming.
- Technical vision of the product forms and flows automation and/or robotic process automation (RPA) including but not limited to Web Forms, Blue Prism, Ui PAth, Automation Anywhere, and provides the leadership, facilitation, analysis and design tasks required by a product or an integrated chain of products.
- Proven ability to lead and mentor a team developers and administrators, providing guidance and support in project execution and technical problem-solving.
- Proficiency in Service Now scripting (Java Script, Glide API), Service Now workflows, UI policies, and client scripts.
- Demonstrated ability to analyze complex technical issues, propose effective solutions, and troubleshoot Service Now platform-related problems.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to effectively collaborate with cross-functional teams, stakeholders, and clients.
- Experience in managing Service Now projects, including requirements gathering, project planning, resource allocation, and timely delivery.
- Proactive in staying updated with the latest Service Now releases, features, and industry best practices.
