Main Responsibilities:
Leading the full resourcing cycle (search, screen, interview, attract, recruit and on-board talents) by utilizing all available sources and methods;
Acquiring a thorough understanding of job requisition / description for required competencies, skills, knowledge required of successful applicants;
Participating in position briefings with hiring managers on staff needs and requirements;
Placing job ads on the job portals, providing response analysis and candidates pre-screening ;
Ensuring that efficient feedback is provided to candidates whether they were successful or not;
Conducting personal interviews and recommending a short list;
Participating in recruitment fairs, assessment centers;
Participating in employer branding activities;
Supporting youth employment program (internship, graduate programs).
Schedule interviews with hiring managers and other stakeholders
Anticipate future talent needs and work to develop pools of passive candidates to fill vacancies
Partner with hiring managers to identify recruitment needs and candidate “must haves” and draft job descriptions
Partner with hiring managers to identify competency questions for interview consistency and quality
Clear understanding of business

Main Requirements:
University degree;
Advanced English;
2+ year of recruitment experience, preferably within an international company or recruitment agency;
Excellent interviewing skills (competency based interview);
Strong expertise in search resources and research tools, excellent networking skills;
Understanding of in-house recruitment cycle;
Ability to communicate effectively at all management levels in Ukrainian and English;
Good client relationship skills;
Proactive and self motivated, able to work independently;
Friendly, confident, attentive to details.
