Position: Social Media Community Manager (Online Casino)
Reporting to: Head of Marketing
Location: Fully remote
Working Hours: Monday to Friday, starting early in the morning
Key Responsibilities:
Community Management:
Facilitate interactions within the online community for casino enthusiasts and encourage user-generated content and discussions to boost community participation.
Content Creation and Content Calendars:
Develop and maintain content calendars to ensure a consistent and engaging online presence.
Curate positive news and share relevant information and engaging content that resonates with the target audience.
Social Media Monitoring:
Monitor social media channels and groups, identifying trends and opportunities for engagement.
Track spikes in social conversations related to posts, promotions, or competitors.
Provide real-time responses to comments, messages, and mentions.
Social Media Strategy and Execution:
Contribute to the development and execution of comprehensive social media strategies, campaigns, and plans to drive community growth.
Prepare and present reports on the performance of social media activities, offering insights and recommendations for improvement.
Process Improvement:
Identify opportunities for creating and improving internal processes within the social media management workflow to enhance efficiency, effectiveness, and overall community satisfaction.
Trend Identification:
Stay updated on industry trends and identify opportunities for the brand to capitalize on emerging topics. Flag trending topics relevant to the online casino community.
Ideal Candidate:
Proven experience in social media management and/or community moderation.
Strong passion and knowledge about the online gambling industry.
Solid understanding of social media platforms, trends, and analytics, including but not limited to Meta, Telegram, Instagram, Twitter, and Reddit.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Ability to work both collaboratively and independently in a fast-paced environment.
Creative mindset with a passion for community building and engagement.
