Ability to build relationships with candidates, and maintain contacts with potential candidates;
Work with job sites, social networks, and specialized forums;
Communicating with a recruiter and explaining the details of vacancies to candidates;
Collecting, entering, and reporting on recruiting data and metrics into ATS;
Coordination and organization of interviews;
Maintaining an internal candidate database in ATS;
Initial screening of resumes and portfolios;
Mandatory reporting on performance results;
Preparation of job descriptions and their subsequent publication on employment websites.

At least 6 months of experience in searching for specialists in various fields of activity, UI / UX preferable;
Results-oriented, flexible, able to work and learn at a fast pace;
Good theoretical knowledge of the design process and technologies;
Willingness to work with vacancies in various areas;
Knowledge of direct search methods;
Negotiation and objection handling skills;
Strong soft skills;
Analytical skills.
