Lead Generation Specialist


We are seeking a talented Lead Generation Manager to join our team and drive our outreach efforts through strategic email campaigns and Linked In initiatives.

Requirements:
  • Proven experience as a Lead Generation Manager, preferably in the AI or technology sector.
  • Demonstrated success in developing and executing successful email campaigns.
  • Experience with Linked In Sales Navigator.
  • Proficiency in using marketing automation tools and CRM systems (e.g., Hub Spot).
  • Ability to analyze data and extract actionable insights for continuous improvement.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Upper-intermediate+ English level.
  • Result-oriented and with attention to detail.
  • Ambitions for growth and leadership of the lead generation team.
Will be a plus:
  • Experience in B2B lead generation for deep tech or AI-related businesses.
  • Familiarity with AI-powered technologies and tools.
  • Experience with modern generative AI instruments (chat GPT or similar) and willingness to explore them.
Responsibilities:
  • Conduct market research to keep up with industry trends, competitors, and potential opportunities.
  • Define and profile target customer segments for targeted and efficient lead generation.
  • Analyze ideal customer profile (ICP) data and ensure alignment with lead research criteria. Identify and profile key buyer persona.
  • Design and implement a comprehensive lead generation strategy tailored to the AI field.
  • Create, implement, and optimize targeted email campaigns. Monitor and manage email deliverability to optimize campaign effectiveness.
  • Initiate and nurture prospect relationships through effective communications and follow-up strategies.
  • Monitor and analyze data and key performance indicators (KPIs) to refine lead generation strategies and improve conversion rates.
  • Utilize CRM to manage data for new and prospective clients.
  • Enter and maintain up-to-date lead information from calls and sales interactions to ensure accurate and comprehensive client records in the company database.
  • Regular reporting and brainstorming with C-level management.
