Lead Generation Specialist
We are seeking a talented Lead Generation Manager to join our team and drive our outreach efforts through strategic email campaigns and Linked In initiatives.

- Proven experience as a Lead Generation Manager, preferably in the AI or technology sector.
- Demonstrated success in developing and executing successful email campaigns.
- Experience with Linked In Sales Navigator.
- Proficiency in using marketing automation tools and CRM systems (e.g., Hub Spot).
- Ability to analyze data and extract actionable insights for continuous improvement.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Upper-intermediate+ English level.
- Result-oriented and with attention to detail.
- Ambitions for growth and leadership of the lead generation team.
- Experience in B2B lead generation for deep tech or AI-related businesses.
- Familiarity with AI-powered technologies and tools.
- Experience with modern generative AI instruments (chat GPT or similar) and willingness to explore them.
- Conduct market research to keep up with industry trends, competitors, and potential opportunities.
- Define and profile target customer segments for targeted and efficient lead generation.
- Analyze ideal customer profile (ICP) data and ensure alignment with lead research criteria. Identify and profile key buyer persona.
- Design and implement a comprehensive lead generation strategy tailored to the AI field.
- Create, implement, and optimize targeted email campaigns. Monitor and manage email deliverability to optimize campaign effectiveness.
- Initiate and nurture prospect relationships through effective communications and follow-up strategies.
- Monitor and analyze data and key performance indicators (KPIs) to refine lead generation strategies and improve conversion rates.
- Utilize CRM to manage data for new and prospective clients.
- Enter and maintain up-to-date lead information from calls and sales interactions to ensure accurate and comprehensive client records in the company database.
- Regular reporting and brainstorming with C-level management.
