Responsibilities:
- Full cycle of recruitment (Djinni, Linked In, job sites)
- Conducting HR interviews in Ukrainian, Russian and English
- Maintenance candidate’s database
- Onboarding and retention
- Development and implementation of online activities for a remote team
- Conducting employee surveys
What minimum results do we expect:
1) increasing our team by 6 specialists per month
2) top-management understands the mood within the team
To successfully fulfill your functions in this position, you will need at least 1 year of experience in a similar position (performing similar functions) gained in the IT company.
