We are currently looking for a Game Mathematician to join our new game project. This is a great opportunity for a specialist to work on the balance of the project from its first iterations and strategically influence the product.

Your Key Responsibilities:

• Level balancing using mathematical statistics and probability theory (considering the expected emotional effect on players);
• Take part in setting up the in-game economy;
• Interacting with game designers and developers to integrate mathematical models into the game;
• Responding flexibly to changes in project requirements and adapting plans accordingly.

A Successful Candidate Must Have:

• 2+ years of commercial experience in a similar position;
• Higher education in mathematics, statistics, economics, or other related disciplines;
• Experience with probabilistic models and statistical analysis;
• Understanding of game economy and monetization principles;
• Experience with analytical tools;
• Ability to work in a team, communicate effectively, and solve problems;
• Basic knowledge of game development, especially in the mobile segment.

Extra Great to Have:

• Experience working with game analytics (interpretation, conclusions, use of tools, etc.);
• Experience interacting with various AI models;
• Understanding the basics of behavioral economics and user psychology.
