Key Responsibilities:
  • Overseeing the entire billing process and coordinating it with the Finance department, managers and clients.
  • Extraction of the information from the financial system, preparing and providing it to the managing staff.
  • Analyze department expenses and prepare Expense reports and Liquidation forms.
  • Coordinating taxi requests and personnel travel
  • Subcontractors and suppliers support - contracting, billing, acting.
  • Prepare and format reports, presentations, Agreements, Acts and other documents as needed.
  • Maintain organized and accurate files and documentation.
  • Schedule and organize department meetings.
  • Internal administrative tasks.
  • Administrative support of the engagement projects.
  • Cooperation with administrative staff of other Pw C offices
  • Other ad-hoc tasks from Advisory departments’ staff.
  • Non-routine requests.


Requirements:

  • Higher education (economic, financial or other relevant).
  • Previous experience of working as an accountant or with payment documents will be a plus.
  • English (both written and oral) at the level of Upper-Intermediate and above.
  • Advanced PC user (Word, Excel, Google docs/sheet).
  • Good interpersonal skills.
  • Accurate, responsible, attentive to details.
  • Ability to work under pressure, multitasking and working towards deadlines.
  • Kyiv location - necessity to be present at the office.
