Role and Responsibilities:
As the CTO, you will be responsible for:
- Leading the development and technical strategy of our Web3 game.
- Overseeing all aspects of the game’s architecture, from smart contract integration to front-end development.
- Building and managing a talented team of developers.
- Ensuring the scalability, security, and performance of our platform.
- Staying updated with the latest trends and advancements in blockchain technology and gaming.
- Proven experience as a CTO or in a similar leadership role in the gaming or blockchain industry.
- Strong knowledge of blockchain technologies, including Ethereum, smart contracts, and NFTs.
- Proficiency in programming languages such as Solidity, Java Script, and Python. (Primary is game dev)
- Experience with game development engine Unity3D.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
- Be a part of an innovative and rapidly growing industry.
