Partner with the best
As a Commercial Operations Specialist, you’ll support several busnisses, develop contract relations and contribute to the execution of successful proposals. You will grow your technical and commercial knowledge through our vast product range. You will be delivering successful outcomes for key industry players custom solutions and business understanding.
As a Commercial Operations Specialist, you will be responsible for:
- Managing tender applications, requests for quotations, and any other ad-hoc commercial support activities
- Driving the development of tender responses in close cooperation with Segments
- Managing all relevant administrative documents
- Working with CRM tools (Salesforce) and reporting systems to track and capture customer related actions
- Maintaining and follow up of expiring regional customer contracts
- Ensuring that the right documentations are available to meet revenue criteria for billing/collection Contracts and signed documents are attached on SAP.
- Entering effectively customer's data, agreements, return authorizations, training registrations, sales orders and invoices using departmental service goals and objectives.
Fuel your passion
To be successful in this role you will:
- Have 2 years of expertise with sales/tenders/commercial
- Able to fluently speak and write in English and Ukrainian
- Be experienced in MS Office.
- Have a valid driving licence is a plus
- Bachelor's degree from an accredited university or college
