Job description
In this role, you'll work closely with hospitals and medical device companies to understand their requirements and configure our medical platform to meet their specific needs. As such, you will enhance operational efficiencies and improve patient care worldwide. You'll also directly contribute to the seamless adoption of our medical platform for new and existing customers. Your responsibilities will encompass the end-to-end management of customer onboarding, ensuring a smooth transition, and providing support to maximize customer satisfaction. This role offers a great opportunity to make a lasting impact on our customers.
What you will do
Engage with internal and external customers to gather and analyze their needs, ensuring solutions are tailored to meet customer requirements
Define and implement effective business configuration and rules in JSON format to customize the software functionality
Onboard new customers and collaborate with market management, sales, and customer support roles to ensure a smooth transition to the medical platform and provide necessary training and support
Accurately document and manage change requests following the established processes
Provide engaging demonstrations to customers and communicate effectively to clarify needs and showcase solutions
Actively contribute to the ongoing improvement of business processes
Your profile
Bachelor's or master's degree in a technical field
Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities with a keen attention to detail
Strong documentation skills to ensure accurate and thorough records of change requests and processes
Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities efficiently
Excellent oral and written communication skills in English, with a customer-centric mindset
Preferred: Knowledge of BPMN or UML
Preferred: Experience in the healthcare industry or familiarity with medical software
Preferred: Understanding of software development, basic programming skills, JSON/XML, and experience with Azure Dev Ops/Git
