Job Summary:
The Guide is more than a field officer; you are the cornerstone of our mission, embodying a profound customer orientation in every action. Your role will pivot on engaging with the beneficiaries, understanding their narratives, and spearheading the design and delivery of programs that are both functional and uplift the human spirit.
Key Responsibilities:
- Act as the primary liaison between Alight and the communities we serve, maintaining a laser focus on understanding and fulfilling customer needs.
- Develop trust and rapport with community members, ensuring their insights and preferences are the driving force behind our program designs.
- Coordinate with a diverse range of stakeholders, including local leaders and international partners, to tailor initiatives that reflect the aesthetics and functionality desired by the communities.
- Innovate within program development to create unique, differentiating offerings that resonate with both beneficiaries and donors.
- Collect and utilize feedback to enhance the desirability and effectiveness of our programs, ensuring a dignified experience for all.
- Advocate for the customer perspective in all strategic planning and execution, ensuring that their voice is not just heard but is a key determinant in our actions.
- Implement monitoring and evaluation strategies that emphasize the impact of our customer orientation and differentiated program strategy.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in any relevant field. Extensive field experience may substitute for the educational requirement.
- Proven track record of at least 2 years in a humanitarian or community engagement role, with a clear focus on customer service.
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, capable of nurturing strong relationships with diverse communities.
- Fluency in Ukrainian (knowledge of English will be an advantage), with the ability to communicate effectively both verbally and in writing.
- Demonstrated ability to work autonomously and collaboratively in dynamic and challenging environments.
- Willingness to travel extensively and operate in remote and potentially unstable areas.
