ABOUT THE JOB

In a team of 17 based in our historical Rayong Manufacturing you will work on the most innovative products of the Laundry and Beverage category. You will actively contribute to product development working alongside expert engineers. Other functions you will interface with are: product management, laboratory, reliability and quality, purchasing, manufacturing and customer care. For the highly performers, career progression is guaranteed in our international, fast-pace environment.

ABOUT YOUR TASKS:

Leading to preparing the packing list & pattern load for loading operation for all mode of shipment (Sea and Air)
Ensure and collaboration with production team related to packing requirement
Preparing shipping mark for attaching on finish goods pallet as per customer required
Follow up on proofs of deliveries and ensures proper distribution of documents
Communication and ensure data records of the shipping sheet, deliveries shipment
Responsible for annual stock take activity

Be able to maintain standardization
Keep a safe working environment and optimize space utilization
Strictly follow the process accordingly the company standard and safety rule
Be able to communicate and teamwork
Sense of urgency for any error happen in the daily job and proactive to share information to leader
Coordinate with other departments to ensure smooth work and report

Be able to follow for any assignment jobs
Activities to find more saving initiatives or operation improvement
Operate and maintain preventively Forklift, rules and regulations
Follow standards and comply with procedures, rules and regulations
Follow with ISO45001,ISO14001,ISO9001 and ISO50001 system
Internal auditor for ISO45001,ISO14001,ISO9001 and ISO50001

Responsible for Risk assessment program
Comply with Occupational Health & Safety laws, standards, rules, regulations, requirement and commitments related to the company

ABOUT YOU

Diploma or higher in related field
At least 2 years experiences in Logistics job function in manufacturing environment
Able to work with DWMS system and Device
Very good communication, teamwork and strong interpersonal skill
Good computer skills
English read, write : Fair
Maturely, Energetic, Systematic thinking, Service mind, Problem solving
Knowledge in privilege would be preferable
Competence in customs, export issues such as HS codes is an advantage
