- Fleet Requirement and Route Optimization
- Fleet standard control and transportation compliance
- Fleet utilization and make sure delivery is on-time as customer window time
- Fleet productivity and performance controlling
- Establish the goal/target and keep monitoring the Performance to maintain its smoothly
- Analyze all available data/information to find improvement feasibility or oversee unpredictable situations.
- Create a problem-solving method to find out the root cause
คุณสมบัติ
- Bachelor Degree in Industrial Engineering, Logistics, Business, Management or related fields
- At least 1 year experienced in transport and logistics operations
- Awareness of the functionality of Transport Management Systems (TMS)
- Solid understanding and knowledge of Supply Chain Management
- Ability to ensure compliance to procedures and practices
- MS Office Program
- Strong communication skills both written and verbal
- High analytical and Proven problem-solving ability with a solutions orientation
- Team building and motivation skills
