Job Description
Key Responsibilities:
1.Conduct Guided Tours: Lead hotel guests on walking or driving tours of local attractions, historical sites, and cultural experiences.
2.Provide In-Depth Information: Share relevant and interesting facts, stories, and insights about the local area, its history, and culture.
3.Guest Engagement: Act as an ambassador for the hotel, answering guest questions and providing recommendations for additional activities and places to visit.
4.Safety Awareness: Ensure guest safety throughout the tour by following local regulations, safety procedures, and maintaining a watchful eye.
5.Tour Planning and Customization: Develop and customize tour itineraries based on guest preferences and interests.
6.Coordination with Hotel Staff: Collaborate with hotel concierge, reception, and guest services teams to ensure seamless coordination of guest tours and experiences.
7.Sales and Promotions: Promote hotel facilities, special offers, or local partnerships during tours to enhance the guest experience.
8.Cultural Sensitivity: Be aware of and sensitive to the diverse cultural backgrounds of hotel guests, ensuring inclusivity during the tour experience.
