Job Summary
Manage overall process of recruitment starting from application sourcing, interview , onboarding. In addition this position will responsible for Career support for disabilities person support project.
Responsibilities
Responsible for sourcing, managing the recruitment process, coordinating interview sessions, and overseeing the onboarding process.
Collaborate with hiring managers to understand job requirements, sourcing, ,screen resumes and applications to identify suitable candidates.
Organize the interviews, provide support to both candidates and interviewers.
Onboarding new hires and ensuring a positive candidate experience.
Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business administration, or related field
Junior Staff : Fresh graduate also welcome.
Staff Position : At least 2 years of experience in HR (Recruitment and Selection).
TOEIC score at least 450 scores.
Skills
Proficient in working effectively under pressure, planning, and prioritizing tasks. A proactive and problem-solving mindset
