Job Summary
Manage overall process of recruitment starting from application sourcing, interview , onboarding. In addition this position will responsible for Career support for disabilities person support project.
Responsibilities
- Responsible for sourcing, managing the recruitment process, coordinating interview sessions, and overseeing the onboarding process.
- Collaborate with hiring managers to understand job requirements, sourcing, ,screen resumes and applications to identify suitable candidates.
- Organize the interviews, provide support to both candidates and interviewers.
- Onboarding new hires and ensuring a positive candidate experience.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business administration, or related field
- Junior Staff : Fresh graduate also welcome.
- Staff Position : At least 2 years of experience in HR (Recruitment and Selection).
- TOEIC score at least 450 scores.
Skills
Proficient in working effectively under pressure, planning, and prioritizing tasks.
