To direct solicitation calls on locally assigned accounts, selling all club services and facilities, mainly focusing on membership sales and corporate tournaments
To build and maintain good relationships with members by telephone, correspondence, personal visits or club visits by the members/clients.
To achieve membership sales and tournament target as established by the Board of Directors and Management.
To proactively search for new potential accounts and pursue the account until the sale is successful.
Building brand awareness and positioning. Organize club trade shows and major events.

To prepare and submit such regular or special reports as required by the Deputy General Manager.
To closely coordinate with other departments in arranging special events for booked business.
To attend internal-external sales meetings called by the Deputy General Manager.
To work closely with the Golf Operations Manager to help achieve customer satisfaction. Have weekly meetings to discuss member feedback and comments from their experiences.
Analyze budgets, scheduling expenditures, and ensuring the sales team meets their quotas
