Job Responsibilities: • Provide comprehensive secretarial and administrative support to the Sales team, ensuring seamless coordination and efficiency.
Ensure all client correspondences are accurately documented and communicated to relevant departments with strict adherence to follow-up timelines.
Manage incoming telephone inquiries and handling emails correspondence
Ensure all leads are responded to, and proposals are diligently followed up and maintaining a high level of client engagement
Arrange domestic and overseas sales call appointments with travel agents, coordinating schedules to optimize the Sales team's outreach and relationship-building efforts.
Perform additional duties as required by Management, demonstrating flexibility and a proactive approach

Experiences Requirement: A minimum of 1-2 years of experience in a sales support or administrative role, preferably within the luxury hospitality or travel industry.
Proven experience in coordinating with international travel agents and clients, demonstrating a strong understanding of global market dynamics.
Strong organizational skills, with the ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities in a fast-paced environment.
Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal in Thai and English, with a professional demeanor and the ability to build and maintain strong relationships with clients and team members.
Ability to work independently and collaboratively, demonstrating flexibility and a proactive approach to problem-solving.
