Housekeeping Attendant - Rooms The Four Seasons Hotel and Private Residence at Bangkok Chao Phraya is looking for a motivated and energetic Housekeeping Attendants to service the Rooms, who shares a passion for providing excellent service!
The Housekeeping Attendant is an essential member of the Rooms Division team dedicated to providing exceptional quality and service to our guests. The Housekeeping team works tirelessly behind the scenes making sure that every Guest Room and Public Area is impeccable at all times.
ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS:
Maintains cleanliness of all guest room and/or private residences – vacuuming, dusting, cleaning of all guestroom surfaces (including mirrors, furniture, floors, bathroom fixtures, etc.) ensuring they are streak and mark-free.
Perform Room Attendant duties in occupied rooms and late checkout rooms when needed.
Notes, collects and actions on any guests’ preferences.
Maintains all interactions with guests are handled professionally and with care adhering to Four Seasons Hotel.
Delivers high cleaning quality consistently as per Four Seasons Standard.
Maintains and cleans guest rooms, corridors and floor pantries as per established standard operating procedures.
Restocks all supplies, amenities and linens as per established standard operating procedures.
Prepare occupied rooms for turn down and for arriving guest.
Upon completion, updates guest rooms’ status.
Ensures rooms are cleaned according to Rooms Requirement of the day.
Keeps trolley, pantry and storage are neat and adequately supplied.
Maintains all equipment in good working condition.
Keeps linen closet neat and in good order.
Reports any loss or damage of linen, furniture, fixture or equipment to the Service Leader – Guest Floor.
Reports maintenance deficiencies to Supervisor or Manager.
Reports any lost and found item to Lost and Found room immediately.
Ability to read, write and speak English.
NON-ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS :
Assists with responsibilities and duties in the absence or heavy volume in the areas of Public Areas and Houseman.
Able to be Lifting/Pushing/Pulling/Carrying.
Able to be use equipment operation.
Able to be work in all shift.
We are looking for individuals who possess a high level of attention to detail and a strong work ethic. The ability to multitask and prioritize is also essential for this position. Applicants must be comfortable around chemicals, machines and have the ability to learn their operation.
