Job Summary Responsible for designing and conducting experiments toward the development or improvement of custom polymer compounds. Responsible for developing a testing plan, and procedure, data analysis, and communication of results. Three plus years direct, relevant experience with the ability to operate with little to no direction.
Essential Functions
Develops with guidance, products adhering to customer specifications, quality, and operational goals and standards.
Actively participates in materials testing to facilitate scale up to production.
Contributes to product platform development through application of statistical experimental design, product testing, and data analysis.
Supports marketing and sales through development of product and application data.
