หน้าที่ความรับผิดชอบ
QA/QC acceptance inspection, sampling inspection control (on-site control)
QA/QC acceptance inspection, sampling inspection control (on-site control)
- Control of acceptance inspection process and sampling inspection process assistant supervisor, foreman,
- Dealing with problems that occur on site and reporting the situation to the assistant manager
- Customer complaint handling operations
- When a complaint occurs, disseminate information to the field (disseminate the content of the complaint, provisional measures, and understand the current situation)
- Work with each department to examine causes of complaints and countermeasures, and confirm subsequent effectiveness.
- Creating countermeasure documents and reporting to customers (domestic customers in Thailand and overseas customers such as Japan and China)
- Customer process audit support
- Understand the audit contents, understand the current status of each process, and follow up after the audit
- Creation and review of various documents
- Preparation and review of quality-related documents (work procedures, appearance inspection standards, etc.)
- Supplier management
- Visiting suppliers and making improvements in some cases
- Preparation and reporting of materials for various internal meetings
- Preparation and reporting of quality improvement meeting materials and other meeting materials
