Project Manager Marine Eletrical
At Latitude 1 Maritime, we offer full service maritime industry solutions for its customers. Our services include cost-efficient shipboard maintenance, and repair and emergency services at most major seaports worldwide. We are looking for a dedicated Electrical Project Manager to handle projects mainly in Europe and America. To apply for the mechanical position, you should have extensive knowledge of electrical systems, networks and UPS etc. onboard a ship.
Pay: ฿135,000.00 - ฿300,000.00 per month
We are looking for a dedicated Electrical Project Manager to handle projects mainly in Europe and America. To apply for the mechanical position, you should have extensive knowledge of electrical systems, networks and UPS etc. onboard a ship.
- Good technical knowledge in electrical distribution, networks, CCTV, UPS and general installations on a ship.
- Estimate and sell plan/spec projects and execute them together will Project Supervisors and both Thai and European technicians.
- Make cost estimations, plans and manage and coordinate projects from conception to completion.
- Understand all projects in-depth to estimate labor requirement, order materials/equipment, issue subcontracts if necessary.
- Work in conjunction with project supervisors coordinate workers and subcontractors.
- Complete and manage all project RFQ’s, change orders, submittals, and etc… Ensure all project team members are fully informed.
- Oversee all onsite and offsite works to monitor compliance with customers requirement, and safety regulations.
- Ensure contractual conditions of performance and documentation are met.
- This position requires occasionally traveling to worksites/cruise ships all over the world.
- Proven working experience in bigger electrical maritime projects.
- Knowledge of relevant rules, regulations and quality standards.
- Familiarity with ERP management software packages. Overall strong computer skills.
- Ability to plan, coordinate and see the “big picture”.
- Competent in conflict and crisis management.
- Leadership and human resources management skills.
- Self-motivated with excellent time and project management skills.
- Ability to work within an environment with deadlines while having to multi-task with multiple priorities.
- Preferably a bachelor’s degree in marine engineering.
- Good command of written and spoken English.
Pay: ฿135,000.00 - ฿300,000.00 per month
