Supporting Product & Tech team to accept and manage incoming tickets on any reports due to Product system issues.
Support on system configuration.
Working closely with the internal Product Manager and Quality Assurance team to resolve any stakeholder's inquiry.
Able to deliver under pressure within agreed timeline.
Able to identify task priorities and assignments to complete any given tasks.
Qualifications.
High School or Diploma in Computer Science (preferred) or System Information.
At least 1 year experience in API usage and function with internal or external Customer Service experience.
Knowledge of E-Commerce, Insurance Industry or Fintech.
Skilled in Microsoft Excel, Technical Understanding and High-level attention to detail-oriented.
Proficient in using product management tools such as Confluence, Jira, JIRA Service Desk, etc.
Good communication in English is a must, Mandarin is a plus.
