Product Development Senior Supervisor
Research and Development of new and/or improved products in food formulation by working with third-party and/or with regional R&D Centers, including but not limited to:
- Supports technical efforts with the market-level and/or global team to identify, develop and support new products/services to support the local product portfolio.
- Familiarize with Amway’s existing product pipeline and build relationship with regional R&D centers to support innovations in Thailand.
- Literature Search and scientific scrutinizing of raw materials and active ingredients for new products in Thailand
- Coordinating and following up with ingredient suppliers for samples, documents etc and establish meaningful discussion with external vendors.
- Study and identify emerging trends in dietary supplements both from a consumer and a scientific perspective.
- Keep abreast of new technology and identify opportunities that can be applied to the product innovation pipeline.
- Write technical reports and prepare specifications for processes, products, and tests.
- Provides technical support and support drafts/workouts scientific presentations.
- Support development of locally relevant products with third party or with India R&D team.
