The Management Associate - People & Corporate Affair will assist the HR Director in overseeing corporate affairs, employee relations, and compensation and benefit matters. This role offers valuable training and hands-on experience in various HR functions.
How will you CONTRIBUTE and GROW?
Develop and manage the compensation and benefits budget, with ongoing monitoring and adjustments.
Coordinate salary, bonus, and benefit planning processes.
Analyze remuneration components and generate reports on internal equity and external competitiveness.
Provide support in total rewards and government affairs within HR and Corporate.
Supervise employee orientation and training programs.
Ensure administrative and employee services operate efficiently.
Align activities with quality, safety, legal, environmental, and duty of care standards.
Assist in general administrative tasks, including corporate insurance, business license, rental, etc.
Are you a MATCH?
Bachelor's degree in HR, business administration, or a related field.
Preferably at least 2 years of related experience in human resources.
Prior experience in HR practices, compensation and employee relations.
Fluent English in both speaking and writing, TOEIC Score > 750.
Possess Workday user experience will be an advantage.
