หน้าที่ความรับผิดชอบ
- Strong knowledge and skills in Logistics jobs (Import-Export, Inventory and etc.).
- Strong knowledge and skills in Logistics jobs (Import-Export, Inventory and etc.).
- Planning and monitoring inbound and outgoing deliveries.
- Supervising logistics, warehouse, transportation, and customer services.
- Managing the logistics department and developing it's staff.
- Organizing warehouse, pack and label goods, plot routes, and process shipments.
- Responding to and resolving any issues or complaints.
- Researching ideas for shipping techniques, routing, and carriers.
- Coordinating with other departments to provide the logistics services.
- Preparing and controlling budgets and expenditures.
- Updating and evaluating metrics to assess performance and implement enhancements.
- Ensuring all operations adhere to laws, guidelines, and other standards requirements.

คุณสมบัติเพิ่มเติม
- Any Gender, Age 40-50.
- More than 10 years of experience in the logistics area, at least 3 years of solid management experience. Experience in seed business will be big advantage.
- Bachelor's or Master's Degree in Logistics, Supply Chain, Business Administration or relevant field.
- Ability to communicate logically in both English and Thai (important).
- Exceptional verbal and written communication skills.
- Proactive and goal-oriented mindsets with hands-on attitude (important).
- Outstanding analytical, problem-solving, and organizational abilities.
- Being creative, patient, able to work under pressure and overtime.
- Fluent in English, both spoken and written skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Word, Excel, Power Point.
- Workplace: Khon Kaen office but must be able to travel as needed.
