OUR VISION FOR THE ROLE
As a Summer Marketing Coordinator at JUMP! Foundation, you will play a crucial role in driving awareness and enrolment for our summer programs. You will be responsible for developing and implementing effective marketing strategies to reach our target audience and generate leads.
Key Responsibilities
Marketing Strategy: Plan and execute B2B2C and B2C marketing strategies, including digital campaigns, school partnerships, and agent collaborations.
Partner Relationships: Build and maintain strong relationships with partner schools and agents to drive bulk registrations.
Marketing Materials: Create and manage promotional materials tailored to schools, agents, and parents.
Performance Analysis: Conduct A/B testing and performance analysis to optimize marketing strategies and improve lead conversion rates.
Retention: Target parents and students from previous JUMP! Experiences to encourage re-enrollment.
Reporting: Track and report on the progress of marketing efforts, including lead generation and conversions.
Brand Consistency: Ensure consistent brand messaging across all marketing channels.
Collaboration: Coordinate with the Summer Enrollment Manager to align marketing and sales efforts.
Campaign Evaluation: Review the effectiveness of marketing campaigns and provide recommendations for future improvements.
Required Skills and Experience
Marketing Experience: Proven experience in B2B and B2C marketing, with a focus on digital marketing and lead generation.
CRM Proficiency: Strong proficiency in using CRM systems to track leads and manage customer interactions.
Creative Skills: Ability to create engaging and effective marketing materials.
Data Analysis: Proficiency in analyzing data to measure marketing performance and identify trends.
Communication: Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Organization: Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines.
Preferred Qualifications
Experience in education or youth development
Knowledge of marketing automation tools
Familiarity with social media marketing
