Being People Caring Business Partner to ensure that people policy will support business competitive advantage and comply to local regulations which have to collaborate closely to Line managers and People Caring Staff at sites.
หน้าที่ความรับผิดชอบ:
Being People Caring Business Partner for company in overseas operation: Identifying people agenda/issues, coordinate with related parties on solutions development and ensure effectiveness of solution implementation.
Ensure compliance of People policy by monitoring changes of labor law and propose solutions and action needed
Ensure efficiency of Operations by developing Reports/KPI and also provide suggestions for people policy improvements
Being counsultant for overseas operations for compliance with SCGP's DOA on HR related agenda
Support on implementation of systems / projects in overseas operation to support People Medium Term Plan and Annual Plan
คุณสมบัติ:
Bachelor/ Master in HR , Political Science, Psychology, Social or other relevant (Bachelor G.P.A. > 2.70, Master G.P.A. > 3.30).
At least 3 years of experiences related to Oversea experience and must have HRM experience.
Proficient in English (TOEIC score at least 550).
Have knowledge in Basic Labor Law and implementation, HRM knowledge (Organization Design / Recruitment / Performance Management / Compensation and Benefit / Disciplinary, etc.)
Service mind and excellent coordination skills are a must.
Be able to work in multi - culture environment
