Key Responsibilities: Lead and motivate a local workforce to achieve service excellence across all outlets. Oversee the daily operations of restaurants, bars, and event/function facilities. Implement service standards and ensure exceptional guest experiences. Collaborate with the culinary team to enhance menu offerings and beverage selections. Manage budgets, control costs, and drive revenue growth. Plan and execute events, ensuring seamless operations from start to finish.
