- Host: A 5-Star Hotel by The Peninsula Hotels
- Destination: Bangkok, Thailand
- Department: Food & Beverage
- Program: Hospitality & Business Internship
- Intake: August 2024 onwards
- Duration: 6 - 12 months
- Greet customers and answer their questions about menu items
- Take food or drink orders from customers
- Serve food and drinks to customers at a counter, at a stand, or in a hotel room
- Clean assigned work areas, dining tables, or serving counters
- Set tables or prepare food trays for new customers
- Learning and practicing proper drink-mixing techniques and cocktail recipes
- Assisting in inventory management, including monitoring stock levels, placing orders, and restocking supplies
- Maintaining cleanliness and organization of the bar area, including bar equipment and glassware
- Interacting with customers, taking orders, and providing friendly and efficient service
- Assisting in creating and updating beverage menus, including suggesting new cocktails and specials
- Female candidates
- Enrolled students only
- School, college, or university reference letter
- Conversational English
- Well-groomed
- Pleasant personality
- Clean criminal record
- No drug abuse
- Minimum 6 months passport validity
