Work Environment
We are looking for an Ethic Compliance Administrator to support efficiently the expansion of our activities in Energy. You will participate to support the compliance processes in our daily business operation. You will evolve in an international environment and work in close coordination with other teams throughout the company to ensure full compliance according to the Company policy.
You will be integrated into the Tractebel Energy community, a worldwide network of Energy specialists keen on sharing their knowledge.

Missions
- You will report to the Legal, Ethics & Compliance Manager APAC.
- Ensure the entire sales process follows the internal procedures, including Ethics and Compliance policy, from early detection of the opportunities up to the signing of contracts.
- Contribute to the analysis of risk associated with ethics and compliance for each new opportunity (key driver for internal GO decision).
- Create sound internal controls and monitor adherence to them.
- Develop and implement an effective compliance program.
- Proactively audit processes, practices, and documents to identify weaknesses.
- Participate in the preparation of activity reports for sales and ethics/compliance.
- Organize and follow up the implementation of an archiving system for commercial & sales.

- Bachelor’s degree in Law or Business-related discipline from an accredited university.
- Mininum 2 years of experience in the compliance process.
- Good business acumen and understanding of the consulting business.
- Critical, analytical and legal thinking skills.
- Solid writing and reporting skills.
- Strong sense of priority and meticulousness.
- Independent, proactive, and self-motivated.
- Great team player and interpersonal skills.
- Fluency in Thai and English.
